The academic process is based upon the ECTS (European Credit Transfer System)
The duration of the programme is 6 years including 5 academic years and one year internship. Sri Lankan students who graduate from TSMU have the opportunity of working in Sri Lanka or any country in the world as a medical professional.
Students with passes in A/L Biology stream can apply for this programme and it is guaranteed to be the ideal choice for medical students.
Modern hostel facilities with all amenities in single & double occupancy are provided for girls and boys separately.
University has two intakes every year in March and October.
