An awareness walk to“Keep Kandy City clean and green” by BCAS campus

BCAS Kandy campus. As a premier education provider in the Country BCAS has been able to deliver thousands of citizens not only with knowledge but also with discipline and values. This successful awareness walk was a part of activity of celebrating Access 100 batches.A blood donation campaign, awareness walk was part of the activities to celebrate 100th successful batch commencement of Access.
As a soft skills project to fulfill their curriculum BCAS HND students association organized the giant Parade on 08th April 2013, with the participation of the Kandy campus staff and Students from all the departments, the parade was commemorated by the Mayor of Kandy city Mahendra Rathwatte. The parade was moved around kandy city showing great pride and colors of BCAS Kandy students, department of motor traffic of kandy police was highly appreciable as they made clearance to the path where there were more than 300 students and staff took part in the parade.
Students carried banners of Current socio problems like water, air, soil pollution, dengue mosquito disaster and smoke and liquor free life, gave the general public a wide awareness and the message was accepted and appreciated by the public and the well-wishers. Yet again BCAS kandy campus has established its territory in the market with high quality education and delivering professionals full of knowledge, skills, leadership and discipline to the nation.
