IIHS joins hands with Browns Healthcare to provide high quality nurses training

The International Institute of Health Sciences (IIHS), the Country’s premier Healthcare training institute, with a vision to be the heart of innovative development of healthcare professionals for the globe, has joined hands with Browns Healthcare (Pvt) Ltd to train 60 nurses for their new state of the art hospital chain. IIHS will be delivering an 18 month Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (Assistant Nursing) program locally for the selected nurses from Browns Healthcare (Pvt) Ltd.

Dr. Edirisinghe further stated that he is very happy to join hands with Brown Healthcare as their training partner. Dr Edirisinghe emphasized that all hospitals should look in to the quality of nurses training in order to up lift the standards of the holistic healthcare provision in Sri Lanka and bring it to an international standards.
