Mind Education – Mastering the Right Mind for True Success and Happiness!

Whose workshop is your mind? Whose running shop and at what cost? Why do we behave, the way we behave that result our ‘strive for excellence’ in losing our grip either on success or happiness; or both; or hold both just for a while, unable to sustain it? It is time to take control and to be the change that we want to see in us!
This calls for a ‘change of heart’ that results in a change of mind and behaviour – true and lasting transformation of one’s life that has a ripple effect reaching out to the nation as a whole!
This is facilitated with a unique, deep and valued Learning and Development initiative called ‘Mind Education’ (ME). It is a series of modules that unearth and address differing root causes of behaviour through powerful stories with a deep meaning that nudge us to see ourselves through the stories and bring us to a striking self-realisation of our own lacking and what needs change in us and in making the switch of change.
ME approaches the conventional problems faced in the corporate sphere with a novel and innovative perspective, formulated after years of research on the direction of the flow of the human mind taking into consideration what makes people susceptible to vices and also feasible solutions implementable at all levels.
A country destroyed by war and conflict – South Korea’s story has made the world pause and take a note. The International Mind Education Institute (IMEI) in South Korea specialises in character and mind education that nourishes character and is presenting a new mind-set for the happiness of mankind. According to the ‘whole person’ concept of staff at work – they need to possess strong minds that overcome storms in life and hearts that are right. ME strengthens and deals with what is invisible and important – the mind and the heart.
The President of IMEI Dr. Jae Hong Kim says, “The primary quality for a healthy society is members who possess the right mind-set. The mind is not visible, but it is like the blueprint of a building. Just as the shape and structure of a building change according to how the blueprint is made; life also changes according to the mind-set you possess”.

A series of workshops were conducted introducing the concept of ME to corporate entities in Sri Lanka that gained high acceptance with eager anticipation to engage in this long term initiative towards developing people with ‘right hearts and strong minds’ for the greater good of the entities.
