Raffles Colombo has been offering Advanced Diploma courses that have been approved by the ‘Tertiary and Vocational Education 
Commission’ (TVEC) of Sri Lanka – a statutory body established under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Skills Development since 16 March 2011. Raffles College of Design and Commerce (RCDC) is a university-level institution listed on the register of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) of Australia (http://www.teqsa.gov.au/national-register). Any of our students completing their degree at either Singapore or Australia will be receiving their degree awarded by RCDC, which is accredited by the Australian Government through TEQSA and is recognized by all Australian universities. RCDC degrees also comply with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). RCDC is also listed through the Australian Government’s Department of Education with CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students). Raffles has continued its dedication to provide quality education with strict selection of academia on site. Ms. Julie Ross, with over 10 years of teaching experience and educational stints in England and Kenya and Mr. Dinesh Chandrasena – a famous international fashion designer who has worked with film stars in the USA and the catwalks of Milan are two of them. A new addition, Ms. Rocio Jarabo from Spain for Interior Design department 15 years related working experience in ID and Architecture as Architect, Editor, Consultant and Coordinator with many published magazines, articles, etc. Graduating with a 1st Class Honors with a Masters in Architecture she also brings many years of teaching experience in 2 – Schools in Europe, regional experience in India, Russia, UK and of course Spain. Ms. Andreea Lonhardt from Romania, with many years of experience in working as a Fashion Designer with various famous brands and over 4 years teaching in Raffles network in Singapore and Sri Lanka backed by her education from The School of Fine Arts, College of Fine Arts and Faculty of Decorative Art & Design. The Team comprises of many more brilliant Local Lecturers who have joined us from various other design academies due to our trusted excellence and to back our quality of delivery in education of the heist standards.
Raffles Colombo also recently engaged the services of Dr. Krzysztof Głuc as a higher education administrator and Vice president of the Raffles Colombo. He has 22 years of extensive education background with almost a decade in teaching and lecturing as well as over a decades experience a Vice President, Director, Dean, Associate Professor, Provost and Educator in Poland and USA. Armed with a Doctorate from USA and Master from Poland, in his education career, he had developed and administered various higher education programs in different countries.
