The CMCC has made arrangements to conduct a host of sports activities during the one week celebrations due to end on December 16. The sport events titled “Padang Games 2012” will start off with the seven a side invitation hockey tournament due to be held today.
The hockey tournament will be for teams affiliated to the Colombo Hockey Association. The organizers have invited 16 teams of which 14 have confirmed their participation.

The teams that have confirmed are BRC, CH and FC, Moratuwa University, Old Anandians, Old Wesleyites, Old Nalandians, Old Senanayakians, Old Peterites. Old Royalists, Malay CC Reds and Malay CC Maroons. -MSA
