ICLP to Launch Certificate Course on International Investment Law
View(s):The Institute for the Development of Commercial Law & Practice (ICLP) announces the launch of a comprehensive ‘Certificate Course on International Investment Law’, designed to equip participants with the expertise needed to navigate the complex legal landscape of international investments.
This course is suited for lawyers in corporate and commercial practice, in-house counsel, policymakers from state bodies involved in investment promotion and regulation, law students aspiring to specialise in international investment law, and academics.
By demystifying the intricacies of Investment treaties, State duties and obligations, Investment protection standards, and Dispute resolution, this course will play a role in providing guidance and know-how on achieving a more predictable, secure, and attractive investment climate for Sri Lanka.
The course will commence on the 7th of February 2026 and will be held on Saturdays via Zoom.
