Graduation ceremony for Gampaha Wickramarachchi Ayurveda students
View(s):The University of Kelaniya has called applications from graduates who passed the final degree examination for Gampaha Wickramarachchi Ayurveda Institute.
The Deputy Register of the examination division, R.M.M.LB.Wewegama had issued a letter saying that they are organising a graduation ceremony for Gampaha Wickramarachchi Ayurveda Institute, graduates who passed the final degree examinations.
Graduates should duly complete the application form and submit it to the Deputy Registrar, Examination Division, either by registered mail or in person, before the specified date.
The letter also said that the results records of graduates who passed the final degree examinations are provided separately for each degree. Only the graduates whose names are included in these results records are eligible to apply for this graduation ceremony.
The applicants should send the duly completed application form by registered post to reach ‘Deputy Registrar /Examinations, University of Kelaniya, Dalugama, Kelaniya’ on or before 30/01/2026 along with the Payment receipt certified by the Peoples Bank after making the payment.
For Postgraduate Degrees Rs 7,000 should be paid while for bachelor’s degrees Rs 6,000 is required.
The applicant should forward your application form along with a passport size photograph in the blue background for clergy a suitable dress, (dress for male Graduands: black blazer with tie and females: black blazer with suitable dress).
The Convocation date, the date for issuing cloaks and the Garlands and all the other details will be announced after February 5, in the official web site of the University of Kelaniya https://news.kln.ac.lk .
However, the letters will not be posted in this regard.
Furthermore, it is compulsory for applicants to mention their current email address in the application.
Application forms received after January 30 will be rejected.
The applicants should indicate ‘’ Conferment of Degrees –2026, Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.
The Graduands should mention the student number, name of the Degree completed and the e-mail address in the application form.
