View(s):T he Galleon International Group will present a multi cultural music festival titled – Galleon International Music Festival. This event is all about diversity, different countries, different cultures and different music. The Galleon International Music Festival hopes to offer a unique musical experience while saving a potion of the proceeds to develop and support cancer hospitals in Sri Lanka and worldwide.
The festival is set to take place on April 27 and 28, 2013 at the Galle Face Green. The musical festival starts at 17.00hrs and will continue till midnight. Furthermore, this will be an open ground event experience for the audience. Moreover the event extends to an international business exhibition, where businessmen will participate from Australia, Italy, UAE and from other countries.
The line up of performers includes Channa Upuli dancing crew, Bathiya N Santhush (BnS) and the crew, Repsel, Rideon, Avjeeth Roy and the Bollywod dancing crew,The Duo – Supriyo Dutta and Indrajith Dev
Apart from the grand musical performance, there will be games and many more fun activities. This event will be free for the public of Sri Lanka and for the foreigners as well.
The event will be telecasted live, and web cast in Europe and in Sri Lanka. Giant LED screens will be fixed around the Galle face green.
