Medigain service awards night 2011- Recognizing and celebrating the commitment and achievements of employees

The 3rd Annual Service Awards ceremony of Medigain Pvt Ltd was held on 15th October 2011 at Otters Club, Colombo 07. Medigain has over 7 years of history as a pioneer in the BPO industry, and takes pride in its employees who have contributed much to make Medigain one of the best places to work in Sri Lanka. The Medigain Service Award Night recognizes and celebrates the commitment and achievements of employees who have reached 3 year and 5 year milestone with the company.

Twenty Five employees were awarded at this years' ceremony for their staunch dedication and contribution. Awardees for 3 years of service at Medigain: Sharmini Attanayake, Isuru Yatagamage, Dilip Perera, Terrence Joseph, Mahesh Nanayakkara, Shiyanka Joseph, Purodha Perera, Nuwanga Perera, Shakir Noor Ud Din, Subodha Chathurangi, Elvina Solomon, Erandika Anuradhi, Anton Pillai, Suresh Wignarajah, Vimanshi Munasinghe, Nimali Bogoda, Thiru Jegan, Irantha Perera, Martin Sathiyanesan, Dushanth Manohar, Rasika De Silva.

Awardees for 5 years of service at Medigain: Vijith Wijayarathne, Marlon Speldewinde, Paheerathan Perinpanayagam, Shaznin Ismail With Headquarters in Dallas -Texas; MediGain Inc- USA was incorporated in January 2003 and MediGain (Pvt) Ltd - Sri Lanka was incorporated in July 2005. MediGain allows healthcare providers to preserve profitability by pioneering improved and low cost back-office processes, enabling better focus and more resources to be dedicated to caring for patients. In 2009, MediGain Inc was ranked 269th on the annual Inc. 500 list for revenue growth of over 844.4% between 2005 and 2008.

Medigain Pvt Ltd is powered by a wealth of knowledge and experience in the USA healthcare system through its Senior Management team. The team includes CEO-Greg Hackney, with over 15 years experience in the healthcare software/services industry (US); Chairman-Dinesh Butani, with extensive managerial exposure both local and in US; and Vice President Operations- Brian Lacey, with over 10 years of healthcare BPO experience on revenue cycle management.
