GTCC conducts Management Training for new and future Managers of RSCs (C,NW,WN), NWSDB

Global Talent Coach & Consultants (Pvt) Ltd recently conducted a 5 day Management Development Training for the New and future Managers of the Regional Support Centres of Central, North Western & Western North at the NWSDB Training facility in Katugastota. It was a great moment for the participants as more practical and professional hands on experiences paved the way in all deliveries. Special areas like music therapy and meditation sessions enriched the total learning experience of each participant. The key was the assignment based learning experience which each participant had to carry out individually.

Quoting Jagath Peiris the Director GTCC 'our aim is always to assure our valuable customers the best in whatever we deliver whether conducting a training or providing consultancy. Basically we always want to help the individual to grow' he said. Further the feedback received from the participants had been excellent and the training in this nature would enhance the much required modern day management skills to execute the job. For this training session the funds came from the NIRAS - RDC JOINT VENTURE for INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY BUILDING TA FOR DANIDA-FUNDED WATSAN INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS.
