Course Director TM Dian Abeyewardene provided ‘one-on-one’ training to participants in the different segments supported by key note presentations on specific subjects related to Communication and presentation skills and leadership skill development.  Each session commenced with ‘fellowship’ and inter-action where participants were able to network with fellow participants and it helped them to form a WhatsApp group which made them to ‘learn by doing’ in a friendly atmosphere.
