Analytics has been a hot topic and many organizations have either embraced it or are starting to evaluate its usefulness. What can Analytics do for organizations, and what are the recent changes that make Analytics so important? Whether you are from banking, or telecommunications, or public sector. Or from organizations big and small, there is a place for Analytics to play its part. And there are some success stories that we can all learn from in our journey to deploy Analytics. There are also some possible pitfalls we should watch out for. This session serves to give some insight around Analytics and to answer some questions that anyone may have on Analytics.

Workshop leader Francis Han is currently General Manager for ASEAN Applications at Oracle Corporation, responsible for Business Analytics ASEAN. He has a total of 23 years of experience spanning across Analytics Sales and Presales, IT project management, IT operation management and consulting. He has been working on the same territory for the last 11 years, covering countries like Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh to the ASEAN countries. His domain experience covers the various industries like Manufacturing, Banking, Telco, etc. He is very passionate about Business Analytics, and he has been working with companies both big and small to leverage its benefits.

Mastercourse is scheduled to be held on Friday 13 September 2013 at the CIMA Auditorium.
