Sapphire House crowned champs at City High School Sports-meet
View(s):Sapphire House emerged victorious at the annual sports-meet of City High School, Dehiwala, surviving stiff opposition from Emerald House and Ruby House, to march home with the event’s challenge trophy, following the conclusion of proceedings at the Saranankara Grounds.
The Chief Guest at the event was current Chairman of the Cricket Selection Board, Sanath Jayasuriya. The chairman of the school, M.M. Jameel, was the Guest of Honour.
