OSC Primary Talent Show
View(s):On February 20, there was a super Primary School Talent Show done by the students of The Overseas School of Colombo.
The organizers and crew were Grade 4 students, who were only 9 to 10 years old!
My personal favourite performance was ‘We Will Rock You’, by Kehara, Siena and Sonia (Grade 1). Kyle (Grade 5) interrupted the song by dancing to “Gangnam style” and led the girls off stage! I have never seen such a hilarious act!
I also loved the dance by Frankie and Owen (Kindergarten), who danced to ‘La Bamba’, and kept up with the Spanish music.
The most unique performance was Virath (Grade 5) doing Graffiti Art to the song ‘Dynamite’ because it was a rare talent and the finished product was fabulous!
I would like to congratulate the MCs for doing a fabulous job with introducing the performers. The MC that really stood out was Ned (Grade 4) because he spoke clearly with no mistakes.
Overall it was an energy packed, fun and exciting Talent Show. I’m looking forward to attending the Primary Talent Show next year.
