Prathishta programme to restore cyclone-hit schools
View(s):The Ministry of Education has launched a programme titled ‘Prathishta,’ aimed at restoring schools damaged by the recent disaster.
Any organisation, group or individual can contribute towards rebuilding the school system, with the necessary coordination work being conducted through the Education Ministry.
The Education Ministry has also introduced a dedicated hotline – 1988, alongside two WhatsApp numbers: 077 65 823 65 and 071 99 323 25, which those wishing to contribute to this national relief programme can contact to obtain more information.
All activities related to this programme will be coordinated by the Disaster Management Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education.
