The British School in Colombo celebrated the annual United Nations Day 2025, with an event focusing on diversity and unity during a special assembly held at the school premises recently.
The celebration included stalls, games and food from around the world and also raised money for the Child Action Lanka’s Help My Friends Project.
The United Nations Day celebrations at the British School in Colombo promoted unity and celebrated the global family represented at the school.
With over 50 different nationalities represented within the British School community, the premises was a fusion of colour, filled with children dressed in the traditional costumes and colours of their cultures and nationalities.
