Kin Wild 2008 from October 23-25

'Kin Wild 2008' an art exhibition presented by the Young Zoologists' Association (YZA) in partnership with the British Council, will showcase over 100 exhibits by 20 young YZA members who have completed a training course on wildlife art conducted by the YZA.

Since 1991, British Council has supported the YZA's annual exhibitions by providing an opportunity to showcase their talent to a wider audience.

The Young Zoologists' Association is an organization based at the National Zoological Gardens that aims to protect nature by raising awareness, especially among young Sri Lankans. The YZA was established in 1972 and conducts regular educational programmes on wildlife and nature targeting both its members as well as students in schools around the country.

The exhibition will be open to public from Thursday 23 October to Saturday 25 October between 9.00am and 6.00pm at the British Council Hall. Admission is free.

The association invites all nature lovers and the general public to the "Kin Wild 2008" exhibition.
