Monash College programs in Colombo offers both local and international students accredited Monash University Foundation Year and Undergraduate Diploma programs. Mrs Anne Dwyer

Manager, Transition Specialist Support Group (TSSG)

Anne joined Monash College in August 2011. She has a Masters in Education and a Bachelor of Education.

Anne’s role as Manager, TSSG involves overseeing initiatives that focus on improved learning opportunities and outcomes for members of the Diplomas community.

Anne brings a wealth of experience to this position, having taught students from kindergarten years through to university level. She has held a range of leadership positions in Kindergarten – Year 12 schools, including responsibility for Professional Learning, Curriculum and Assessment, Teaching and Learning, and Student Wellbeing which included overseeing the needs of international boarding students. Anne’s teaching background includes teaching English, English as a Second Language (ESL) and Music, and she is therefore aware of the issues faced by international students as they transition into a new learning environment.

Dr Faye Lambert

Director, Monash College Diplomas

Faye joined Monash College in June 2010. She has a Doctor of Philosophy (Educational Administration), Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma of Evaluation and a Bachelor of Education.

Faye has a diverse educational background, a passion for teaching and learning and experience in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.

She started her career in human resources and subsequently moved into teaching as a foundation member of a progressive school. As a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne, she conducted a range of evaluation studies in educational settings. In her role as Senior Consultant at KPMG Management Consulting Group, she was involved in the design and delivery of challenging and innovative leadership and management development programs for senior executives.
