The American Institute of Architects (AIA) International Conference 2025 took place this week under the theme ‘The Art within Architecture’. Internationally recognised architects, along with local and international personalities, including key representatives from the AIA attended the sessions at Cinnamon Grand, Colombo. Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Colombo Mayor Vraie Cally Balthazaar were the guests of honour. Welcome speeches were delivered by Yew Kee Cheong, AIA International President, Nela De Zoysa, AIA International Country Representative and Conference Chair and Evelyn Lee, AIA President. The conference ended last evening.
