“Fresher’s Night 2025” was a vibrant evening organised by the College of Chemical Sciences (CCS), Institute of Chemistry Ceylon. The celebration took place on Friday, September 5th 2025, at the ‘Samanala Hotel’ premises in Pitakotte, to extend a warm welcome to the newly enrolled 2025 batch of CCS students.
Planned and hosted by the 2024 batch (2nd-year students), the event featured a variety of engaging items and lively performances. The evening reflected the enthusiasm and creativity of the student community, offering entertainment while fostering togetherness.
For the freshers, the evening symbolised a new chapter filled with hope and excitement, encouraging them to form bonds, share experiences, and prepare for the rewarding journey ahead. It was an inspiring beginning to their life at CCS.
