Professionals and Children who are offered a special opportunity to enhance their skills to shine in their environments. An exciting line up of three trainings have been tailored to meet their needs.
Courses lined up for June: Business English Communication and Training of Trainers (TOT) for professionals and Public Speaking for personality development and Leadership for children.
These courses are designed to enhance Rainbow Institute’s mission to empower children, youth and adults with communication and soft skills, which began thirteen years ago in 2010.
Rainbow Institute training adhering to internationally endorsed benchmarks is distinctive in that it is offered with Sri Lankan warmth and hospitality and adapted to meet needs of Sri Lankans.
A large number of Sri Lankan, professionals, youth and children have experienced life changing empowerment for their forward journey through the coaching they obtained at Rainbow Institute over the last twelve years.
All Rainbow Institute instructors and have rich experience and high qualifications with international exposure. They are passionate in empowering their students. The Chief Academic Advisor of Rainbow Institute is eminent academic, corporate trainer and motivational speaker Dr Mahim Mendis. - Phd (NUS) Singapore, M.Phil (Leicester) UK, M.A. (Lancaster) UK , B.A. (Hons) Kelaniya, Sri Lanka and Post- Doctoral Scholar, University of Northern Illinois, USA and University of Massachusetts, USA.
We are currently enrolling students for the following small group classes:
BUSINESS ENGLISH COMMUNICATION:
Based on the Cambridge English curriculum, adapted to meet Sri Lankan needs, this course equips professionals with enhanced skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening for the workplace. Areas such as Business Writing, e mails, reports and Public Speaking and presentations skills are covered.
Tuesdays: 6.00. p m to 8.00 pm
(30 hours)
PUBLIC SPEAKING FOR CHILDREN:
This is a fun – filled training for children from the ages of 7 to 14 years to develop confidence in public speaking with personality development and leadership. The training also focuses on inculcating good values for children.
Saturdays 2.00 pm to 4.00 om

TRAINING OF TRAINERS
An interactive two- day training to equip those who are engaged in training/ teaching and those who aspire to become trainers/ teachers with the latest techniques in interactive training to enhance the learning experience of students
Friday 7 and Saturday 8 July (14 hours)
INTERACTIVE TRAINING WITH PERSONALISED ATTENTION
Rainbow Institute classes are limited to small group and individual coaching to ensure that students get the maximum out of their training. We are also continuing our online training for those who prefer to connect us from their own venues.

CORPORATE TRAINING
We also conduct training for groups of employees in organizations. This training is designed in collaboration with training departments to meet specific needs of organizations and meet training objectives.
