SLT unveils new brand proposition – “One country - One voice”

Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) this week rejuvenated its brand identity with an emotional and exciting brand identity that heralds the company’s ambitious expansion plans.

“This brand transformation is the precursor for unleashing many new and unique products and services across the areas of voice, data, video to its customers, inspired by a vision to connect all Sri Lankans seamlessly with world class information, communication and entertainment services. The telecom major’s new brand proposition – ‘One Country. One Voice - epitomizes the infinite value that the brand adds to the lives of Sri Lankans here and abroad,” the company said in a statement.

Commenting on the brand rejuvenation, Greg Young, SLT CEO, said: “Our brand repositioning symbolizes this abundant hope and captures the mood of optimism sweeping across the country. Our new strategic direction and our network modernization will expand our capabilities to deliver a positive impact on the country’s ICT level as the economy powers ahead, keeping in mind that SLT has always aligned its group vision to the national vision for an IT-enabled country.”
