The Speaker - Chamal Rajapaksa will ceremonially open the Public Market Complex at Lunugamwehera which has been constructed by People's Bank (PB) in association with People's Leasing Company (PLC) (a fully owned subsidiary of PB) costing over Rs 20.0M on Saturday the 4 June 2011 at the auspicious time of 11.05 a.m.
M.P. Namal Rajapaksa - Hambantota District along with Mr. W. Karunajeewa - Chairman of People's Bank, Mr. N. Wasantha Kumar - Chief Executive Officer / General Manager of People's Bank and Mr. D.P. Kumarage - Chief Executive Officer / General Manager of People's Leasing Company will grace the occasion.
The construction of the Public Market Complex at Lunugamwehera is another project by the People's Bank under the Corporate Social Responsibility which coincides with the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the People's Bank (PB) which has served the nation enormously with dedication. |
