Russel’s gets new catering consultant

 

Gration Titus Fernando who has worked at Cinnamon Grand for last 20 years as a Chef de Party has joined Russel’s Catering Unit as a Consultant to improve the section, the company said.

Russel’s handles catering at Deutche Bank, providing buffet lunch to its staff on a regular basis, tied up with Hemas Group to operate two outlets at Braybrooke Place and Bristol Street and is also the caterer for the Institute of Chartered Accountants. ‘The new Chef de Party makes way for the company to provide 5-star packages for weddings, cocktail parties and dinners,” the company said.
