Colts amass a massive 502/7 Premier League Tier ‘A’

Colts made a massive 502 for 7 from their overnight score of 403 for 5 against Moors on day two of their Premier League Tier ‘A’ played at the Colts ground.

Dhanuka Pathirana dominated the first days play when he cracked a 229 ball 150 which had 17 boundaries and a six. He along with Dilruwan Perera who remained unbeaten on 63 put on a partnership of 145 for the fifth wicket helping Colts make a score of over 400.

Colts resuming their innings saw overnight batsman Dilruwan Perera and Chaminda Vaas adding 55 runs for the seventh wicket. Dilruwan was unfortunate miss a well deserved ton being dismissed for 94 which had 13 boundaries. Moors in their turn were badly placed on 159 for 6. Marians struggling

Chilaw Marians were struggling against SSC in their match played at the SSC ground. Marians were bundled out for 186 in reply to SSC’s 319 which included a knock of 133 from Kaushal Silva. SSC batting the second time were 136 for 3.
