Lahiru, Jason tons as Ragama CC come out on top
Tons by Lahiru Milantha who made a career best knock of 165 with 14 boundaries and four sixes and Jason Perera who chipped in with a 118, put on a valuable 167 runs for the third wicket enabling Ragama CC to come out on top against Navy SC at the end of the second days play in the Under 23 Division One cricket encounter played at Welisara.
The duo helped Ragama CC and with support coming from Supeshala Jayatileke and Lahiru Jayaratne resuming on their overnight score of 204 for 2 to end their innings making a formidable score of 497 in reply Navy SC’s 206.

Navy SC batting the second time was badly placed on 103 for 5 needing another 188 runs to avoid an innings defeat when play begins today at 10.00 a.m.
Solid knocks by Akeel Inham, Srihan Anuruddika and Sewwinda Silva saw newcomers Negombo CC take the upper hand against Tamil Union when play ended on day two in the match played at P. Sara Stadium.
Negombo CC in reply to Tamil Union’s 248 resuming on their overnight score of 90 for no loss went on to make a score of 332. Tamil Union batting the second time were 26 for 2.
