Music Heals, a charity concert in aid of the children’s ward of the Maharagama Cancer Hospital will go on board at the Russian Cultural Center on May 18 from 6.30pm onwards.

Directed by singer Nadine Samarasinghe the evening will feature artists like the Rebels, Derek Wickramanayake. Eshantha Peiris, the Old Joes Choir, Krishantha Maheson, Damien and Hirushka Fernando, along with Nadine herself.

The evening promises a variety of musical genres and styles from Pop music to Retro and Broadway. There will be guest performances from solo artists on vocals, piano, cello, guitar and band performances.

Proceeds from this event will be donated to the children’s ward at the Maharagama Cancer Institute.
