Due to the topical subjects i.e. Sri Lankan Accounting Standards and Presentation of Financial Statements etc. covered in the “Sisunena”seminar series, the demand for these seminars is constantly increasing and steps have been taken to cover all zonal education divisions across the country.

Recently two “Sisunena” seminars were held in collaboration with the Northern Provincial Department of Education by Mr. B Kiriwaran, a Chartered Accountant of CA Sri Lanka and Mr. M Mauran on 7th November 2012 and on 8th November 2012 at Jaffna College Undergraduate Department and at Nelliady Central College, Point Pedro, with an impressive participation of over 1000 students.

Through the “Sisunena seminar series, students are not only given the necessary subject knowledge in the Accounting syllabus but the seminar is also a platform to encourage them to face to the G.C.E. A/L Examination with the fullest confidence.
