Mahanayake’s in “Joint Declaration for Peace” at Gangaramaya today
View(s):A ceremony to mark a “Joint Declaration for Peace” by the Most Venerable Mahanayake Theras of the Three Nikayas of Sri Lanka will be held at the Seema Malakaya, of theGangaramaya Temple, Colombo, today at 5 p.m.
The event has been organised by the Gangaramaya Temple, with the assistance of the Presidential Secretariat.
The declaration represents a united spiritual message calling for compassion, dialogue, and sustainable peace among nations and communities.
The diplomatic community and religious leaders will be attending the event.
