The Colombo Branch of the St. Thomas’ College, Matale Old Thomians’ Association has organised the Thomians’ Nite 2025 — a grand musical evening to be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 6.30 p.m. onwards at the Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel, Colombo, according to the Association’s President, Mr. Sumith Halvitige.
St. Thomas’ College, Matale, a reputed educational institution with a proud history of 152 years, has an alumni association that has been active for 38 years. The Association has continuously implemented various programmes for the betterment of the school, including support for academic and sports activities, scholarships for current students, and other school development initiatives, Mr. Halvitige stated.
Music for the evening will be provided by The Point Five, a popular youth band led by Nadimal Perera, while the Sri Lanka Army Western Dance Troupe will also perform during the event.
The Association warmly invites all Old Thomians and their families, as well as alumni from other schools in Matale and across the island, to join this exciting musical night featuring several popular artistes.
