Annual General Meeting of the Association of Ex CISIR/ITI Staff was held on 23rd August 2025 with participation of over 60 members. The election of the Executive Committee for August 2025 to August 2026 was called and the membership unanimously selected the new committee with Mr. K. R. Dayananda as the President. After a dedicated service Mrs Subadra Jayasinghe handed over her duties to Mr K R Dayananda newly appointed president and the new committee.
The occasion called for celebration of 10 successful years of existence of our association with cutting a cake and sharing with over 60 members of the Association.Several speeches were made thanking outgoing President Mrs Jayasinghe, Secretary Mr J D Madanayake and Ms. Rohini de Silva, the treasurer for their dedicated service rendered for the progress of the Association
At the end of the AGM an interesting presentation was made by veteran lyrics writer , our member Darshana Medis ” Kala Rasaggathavaya ha Nuthana Sinhala Geethaya” presented with background classical music which was the highlight of the event.
