NIBM Signs Strategic MOU with OREL IT to Empower Undergraduates with Industry-Driven Skills

The National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) entered into a landmark partnership with OREL IT, a global technology ecosystem provider serving Fortune 500 companies, to enhance the skills and industry readiness of undergraduates through the newly established NIBM Certification Hub.

The MoU signing ceremony took place in the presence of distinguished representatives from both institutions. Representing OREL IT were Mr. Upendra Pieris, Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Sameera Abeysinghe, Chief Technology Officer; Mr. Gayan David, Chief Business Officer; and Ms. Priyanka Perera, Head of Operations – OREL Academy. NIBM was represented by Dr. D.M.A. Kulasooriya, Director General; Ms. Gangani Wickramasooriya, Director – School of Computing & Engineering; Dr. Thisara Weerasinghe, Head of School of Computing & Engineering; and Ms. Shenali Suraweera, Deputy Director (Marketing), Mr. Keerthi Kodithuwakku, Consultant – School of Computing & Engineering.
