So far over 200 senior business leaders have registered for the upcoming August 5-6 Sri Lanka Economic Summit organised by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC).

“There has been wide interest from Chairmen, Managing Directors and CEOs of the local corporate sector to attend the annual forum,” the chamber said in a statement to the media on Tuesday.

Registrations include executives from conglomerates, national level corporations, public quoted and privately owned firms, and also the leaders of the emerging SME firms.

“Apart from the interest to listen to the speeches delivered by high calibre speakers, those business leaders are also taking part in this event to share ideas and network with the high profile audience,” noted Alikie Perera, CCC’s acting Secretary General.
