AIS wins inter-international U15 basketball championship
View(s):Asian International School cruised to a comfortable 50 – 20 win over Gateway College Colombo, in the finals of the Under 15 Colombo International School-organised basketball tournament, to clinch the trophy for the third consecutive year at the CIS courts on Tuesday. Damshike Piyasena was adjudged the Most Valuable Player and Nelson Baek the Best Defensive Player of the Tournament. Earlier in the tournament A.I.S beat Lyceum Nugegoda in the semifinals 38 – 28.
