The karatekas of Lyceum International School Nugegoda repeated their excellent performance by emerging champions for the second consecutive year, at the fourth International Schools Karate Championship held at the Leeds International School premises in Panadura.
Lyceum Nugegoda accumulated an overall tally of 866 points to outsmart 13 other international schools to emerge victorious.
Lyceum International School Wattala finished close behind with 820 points while hosts Leeds International Panadura finished third with 462 points. The victorious Lyceum Nugegoda team posed for an official photograph with the school officials soon after the event. – NA
