Commodore Palitha Weerasinghe of the Sri Lankan Navy was re-elected as President of the Sri Lanka Squash Federation, at the 33rd AGM held at the Light House Galley Colombo on March 31.
He along with the following team were elected uncontested at an extremely friendly forum where many withdrew their nominations in support of others with mutual agreements.

Secretary: Cdr. Nimal Ranasinghe
Asst Sec: Major. Dilhan Perera

Asst Treasurer: Capt, Desmon Perera
Committee Members: JB Pieris, Lakdasa Cooray, Jeft Jacotine, Col.Lalith Premasiri, RS Deen, M Sulaiman, Deegayu Abeynayake, Shamin Kannangara, Randika Dissanayaka, Vidushi Gurunada.
Old Anandian Commodore Palitha Weerasinghe, who is also the current Chairman of the Defence Services and Navy Squash, appealed for all-round co-operation to take the game to a higher level while surmounting the barriers the game is currently facing. He vowed to take all possible steps, along with his team, to build a strong platform for development of the game.
