Agentforce sharply reduces manual work for Reps
View(s):Salesforce has introduced Agentforce for Revenue, a breakthrough solution embedded within its new Revenue Cloud, designed to transform how businesses generate, configure, and manage quotes. Already in use internally, Salesforce reports a 75 per cent reduction in quoting time and an 87 per cent decrease in manual clicks for its sales teams.
With Agentforce, sales representatives can now produce accurate, customised quotes in seconds by simply describing what they need – for example, “Quote 25 licenses with a 10 per cent discount.” The system instantly pulls the correct products, pricing, and terms, reducing errors and enabling faster deal cycles. Beyond quoting, Revenue Cloud’s enhanced Product Configurator allows teams to handle complex quotes with thousands of line items, guiding sellers to valid configurations in real time.
