Bad light hampered proceedings of the Under-19 Inter-School cricket encounters as matches were called off before the scheduled end of play. S. Thomas’ recorded a first innings win over Ananda at Mt. Lavinia in the game played for the Mahinda Halangoda/Marvan Atapattu Trophy.
Mahinda along with St. Peter’s and Isipathana too recorded first innings wins against St. Thomas’ Matara, Thurstan and D.S. Senanayake respectively.
