‘Laika’, a short story collection by Sirisena Ukwattage priced at Rs. 150 is now available at the M.D. Gunasena and Sarasavi Bookshops. The stories have been translated by Edmund Ratnasekera.

Mr. Ukwattage is also the author of several ayurvedic books and is a member of the Writers’ Association in Horana, Raigam Korala.
He has also been a journalist at Lankadeepa and Davasa newspapers and the Visithura magazine.
