Why Indian textile tycoon is all smiles

Arun Nayar can't stop smiling on night out with new 25-year-old girlfriend as Liz Hurley tries to forget Warnie
By Sarah Fitzmaurice

For a man who has recently ended his three-year marriage, Arun Nayar was looking pretty pleased with himself as he stepped out in Soho on Wednesday night. Perhaps the smiles were on show because the Indian textile tycoon was stepping out with his new girlfriend, 25-year-old model Kim Johnson.
The couple enjoyed an evening out at The Groucho club and were looking happy and relaxed as they left the London hot spot.

In fact you couldn't wipe the grin from Arun's face as he escorted his girlfriend to their car heading for home. The couple, were introduced at a jewellery launch in September and are believed to have been dating for several weeks.

Nayar split from Liz Hurley towards the end of last year but the 45-year-old model announced the separation on Twitter after being spotted kissing Shane Warne. But while Arun's love life is blossoming Liz's romance has seemingly come to an end after the Australian cricket ace was accused of cheating on her with a porn star.

London-based Chloe Conrad made the accusations as Liz was travelling back to the U.K from a trip to Melbourne to visit Shane. Since then his ex-wife Simone Callahan has also come forward and said that she was still living with Warne when the news of his new relationship broke.

Hurley and Warne were first linked in July after Liz was photographed chatting to the cricketer at the Glorious Goodwood Festival. Over the next few months, they exchanged a number of flirty text messages on Twitter.

The couple were then photographed kissing in a London hotel in mid-December, and it was then the actress decided to go public with her marriage breakdown. She posted to her Twitter page: 'For the record, my husband Arun and I separated a few months ago. Our close family and friends were aware of this.'

Around the same time, Warne confirmed he too was no longer with Simone. He wrote on his website: 'Sadly and unfortunately, Simone and I split up a while ago, our close friends and family were informed at that time.

'It is a private matter so we did not make it public. We remain friends and will continue to be good parents.' Their fiery relationship was called off in December after Shane was accused of sending hundreds of text messages to mother-of-two Adele Angeleri.

But in early January the pair started flirting again on Twitter before she paid a visit to Australia to see him.
As she returned to the U.K. she was met with the news that the philanderer had been caught out yet again and it seems their romance is off for good.
