Education Ministry to recruit more than 4000 teacher instructors
View(s):More than 4000 teacher instructors are to be recruited shortly, a senior Education Ministry official said.
The teacher instructor position will be a position between the teachers and the school principals. The main task of these teacher instructors would be to supervise teachers and ensure they carry out their duties properly, while monitoring students.
The senior Ministry official said applications had been called for the positions and teachers in service could apply. According to estimates provided by the Ministry, there were about 3000 qualified people eligible to apply, he said.
He also said the Ministry planned to have about 80 instructors in each education division. - CC
