A top level inquiry was underway regarding women cricketers. It has now surfaced that a certain individual has walked into the women’s dressing room during a match in his underwear. Now that the cat is out of the bag, this official is going around begging behind these lasses NOT to divulge his name.

Old wine in new bottles

Recently a popular sports body held their annual general meeting and a new head was elected. Insiders say that this head is actually a pawn of the former head and he will have to dance to the tune of the former head. This situation has been observed in earlier elections too. Before the meeting the officials met at several five star hotels where food and wine flowed. Will this trend never end? It is always the rich and powerful that control things whoever wins.

The Chinese puzzle

When the country was gearing for a key athletics event to be held in China in the very near future, a top official’s passport was in CID custody. The travel document being impounded had nothing to do with the sport. Nevertheless the names of officials to attend key meetings in China were forwarded well in advance and the chances are that this official will now attend the all important meetings even though the sports body had recommended another official to attend these meetings thinking that the said official’s passport would not be release in time for the tour.

Corruption at its highest

Still on the same subject an order had come from top officials that six sportsmen should be included at any cost on a tour to China. The six were included because officials could not say NO to people who are in power. Amongst the powerful men who had given the order was a top most official. Isn’t this corruption of the First Order?
