Shots fired at Sirisena meeting
View(s):Supporters at a meeting of New Democratic Front candidate Maithripala Sirisena, at Aralaganwila in Polonnaruwa last evening were attacked and fired upon by pro-Government gangs, election monitors said.
They said that, at least one person was injured in the firing, while several others were injured in the attacks that followed after the firing.
Mr. Sirisena had left after addressing the meeting, when the attack took place.
