The met with all the stakeholders and requested them to submit proposals in order to develop the infrastructure and the development of cricket of their respective entities. They also took into consideration those clubs without grounds and other facilities for which provision was made to cover the cost of practice facilities and away matches.

The clubs forwarded their proposals of their planned projects to the SLC Ex-co for their perusal.

National Development Committee headed by President SLC Mr. Jayantha Dharmadasa compiled a document based on all the proposed projects and the Executive Committee decided to provide the following grant to the Clubs.

Sri Lanka Cricket would monitor the projects which will be carried out at the respective clubs.

The Distribution of the grants took place at the Sinhalese Sports Club upper pavilion.
