LC Quiz Night: Come and tax your grey matter!
View(s):Jehan Mendis and Navin Ratnayake, Quiz masters extraordinaire, hosts of the famous Barefoot Garden Cafe Quiz night are back once again to host the Ladies’ College OGA Quiz night on Friday, September 6 at 6.30 p.m. at the School Hall. So come on over and tax your grey matter to the maximum on a myriad of topics such as current events, sports, music, movies, geography, history, entertainment and fashion.
Old Girls can bring friends and family of both sexes. Old boys of LC who are members of the OGA will be considered “LCites” for this purpose and can form their own table just like an Old Girl. Tables can be booked for a minimum of five and a maximum of seven participants. Each table should have at least one Old Girl or Old Boy and the rest of the participants can be either old “LCites” or friends. Participants should be in their seats by 6 p.m. Tickets are available at the OGA Secretariat and are priced at Rs 1500 which includes dinner. Exciting prizes will be awarded to the highest scoring teams.
