View(s):S.B. Senanayake Cricket Academy beat Panadura Cricket Club by nine wickets in their quarter final under 13 30 over cricket fixture conducted by the Palawatta Cricket Academy at Ratmalana recently.
The main feature of the match was the three brilliant catches taken by Ruwin Peiris of the S.B. Senanayake CA.

Mahinda Rajapaksa Cricket Academy were awarded the quarter-final of the Palawatta CA under 13, 30 over cricket tournament fixture when the Anoj Fernando CA walked off in protest at the fixture played at Ratmalana recently.
Batting first, Mahinda Rajapaksa CA were dismissed for 124 runs and Anoj Fernando CA were tottering at 17 runs for the loss of five wickets when the parents and coach disagreed with decisions taken by the umpires and called the team off the field. The umpires waited for five minutes for the Anoj Fernando CA batsmen to return and as they failed to materialise, awarded the match to the Mahinda Rajapaksa CA on a faster run rate.
