Sri Lanka Masters returns home with silver and bronze medals

The Sri Lanka Masters Basketball teams who took part in the Pan Pacific Masters Games in Gold Coast, Brisbane, Australia arrived to Sri Lanka with Silver & Bronze medals. The Sri Lanka Senior team won the Silver and the Sri Lanka Junior-35 team won the bronze. The Sri Lanka Masters has won the Bronze medal in 2000,2008 and 2010 as well.

This year’s Pan Pacific Masters Games were held from 03rd to 11th November 2012.It is considered as the biggest multi sports event held in Queensland, Australia. It attracted over 10,000 participants to compete over 35 sports events.
