Rex I. De Silva, biological scientist, deep sea diver, underwater photographer and the author and publisher of many scientific research papers and a fellow of the Linnean Society of London, will be delivering an illustrated lecture on Sharks- their diversity, conservation and attacks on Sri Lankan residents’ this week.

The lecture organised by the Wild life and Nature Protection Society of Sri Lanka will be held on Friday, November 30 at 6 p.m. at the Institute of Engineers (Wimalasurendra Auditorim), No. 120/15, Vidya Mawatha, Off Wijerama Mawatha, (BMICH End) Colombo 7. The lecture is open to the public.
