Elephant behaviour and conservation lecture
View(s):Dr. Shermin de Silva will deliver a lecture on ‘Elephant behaviour and conservation: Lessons from Udawalawe’ at the Institute of Engineers (Wimalasurendra auditorium) 120/15, Vidya Mawatha, off Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo 7 on Thursday, July 12 at 6 p.m.
Dr. Shermin holds a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania and is the founder director of the Udawalawe Elephant Research Project.
The lecture is under the auspices of the Wildlife and Nature Protection Society.
